In some cases, government backlogs or issues with government platforms (e.g., MCA, GST, Income Tax website) may cause significant delays before your process is complete. These issues are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for a refund. Therefore, delays in processing your file due to the aforementioned factors, which are beyond our control, cannot be considered grounds for a refund.
