Order Processing

We make our best efforts for delivering your product. On an average it takes 5 to 7 business days to reach your product to you after placing order with us, across India. For bulk orders, it may take longer time to deliver but if this happens, you will be informed via your registered mail. Mandatory Requirements for Shipping :

Customers are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, Land Marks if any and also Telephone numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.

We will make all efforts to deliver your purchased items in minimum time possible, but we will not be responsible for any Loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, mistake by shipping service provider. We shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company may get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Customs Duty: For international deliveries, please note that the courier company would bill any kind of customs or duties as applicable for the ordered items separately to the customer at the time of delivery which will depend on the rules and regulations of the respective country. The duties and taxes are not included in the price of the product. Please note that, duties and taxes if any are to be borne be by the customer only.
